About the Move from Points to Store Credit

Thank you, as ever, for shopping at dcwhite.shop.

The online store's points system is moving to "store credit".

The points you hold carry over as they are, at 1 point = 1 yen, but how they are used and when they expire have changed.

First, check your balance.

You can check the point balance you hold before the move. If you would like to spend it down to the last unit, we suggest using it by Monday 6/22.

Until Monday 6/22
Points can be used as before. If you would like to spend down to the last unit, we suggest doing so within this period.

Tuesday 6/23 through Thursday 25
During the migration, neither points nor store credit can be used.

From Friday 6/26
Store credit becomes available. The points you hold are reflected automatically as a balance by that day. Note that store credit carries a 1-year expiry.

About store credit after the move

  • It carries over at 1 point = 1 yen.
  • Signing in to your account is required to use it.
  • The full balance can be applied to an order at checkout. *Partial use is not possible.
  • The balance moved over now expires on 2027/6/26.
  • Unlike the previous points, there is no 1% payback on the purchase amount.

Q. Will my points disappear?
No. They carry over to store credit as they are, at 1 point = 1 yen.

Q. Do I need to do anything?
Nothing is required of you. The move happens automatically by 6/26.

Q. Can I shop during the migration?
Orders themselves are possible, but points and store credit cannot be used during that period.

Q. Where can I see my store credit?
From 6/26 onward, by signing in to your account.

Q. What happens after the expiry date?
Any balance remaining after 2027/6/26 lapses. We suggest using it within the period.
