Shipping policy
■ Carriers
Sagawa Express / Japan Post (DHL Express for shipments outside Japan)
If you would like a specific carrier, please ask us before ordering. We are generally unable to accept such requests after an order is placed.
■ Shipping fee (within Japan)
A flat ¥880 (incl. tax) nationwide. Free on orders of ¥11,000 or more including tax.
Some areas, remote islands among them, may carry an additional fee. If that applies we will let you know by email after your order.
■ Time until dispatch
We ship within 3 business days of confirming your order (dispatch runs on weekdays only).
For bank transfer, we ship within 3 business days of confirming payment.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you promptly.
■ Requesting a delivery date and time
A preferred delivery date can be set from 7 business days after the order date onward (this varies by region). Without a request, we deliver as soon as possible.
The delivery time slots are as follows.
- Morning
- 12:00–14:00
- 14:00–16:00
- 16:00–18:00
- 18:00–20:00
- 19:00–21:00
■ Shipping outside Japan
Shipped by DHL Express, arriving roughly 3 to 7 days after dispatch.
