A lightweight Harrington jacket built on the air of the 1960s, when East Coast students picked these up at the campus store, and balanced to sit in the city as it is now.

Firm ribbing at the hem and cuffs. It keeps the wind out, and with the zip closed the line pulls into something short and compact.

A natural raglan sleeve that fits the Japanese shoulder, twine run through the hem to keep the zipper from catching, and so on: care taken in places that hardly show has raised this to a piece of fine everyday clothing.

It also works as a mid layer to dress a tailored jacket down.
