Shipping

We ship with DHL Express. Orders leave Tokyo within one business day on average and reach most countries in 3 to 7 days.

Shipping fees and duties depend on the destination. For South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore, duties and taxes are included, with nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Ask us about sizing before you order. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Wave-pattern quilting is a feature of the insulated liners of many field jackets, those of the US military among them.

We took a construction born to stay hidden inside a coat and turned it into a waistcoat that adds depth to an outfit beneath a tailored jacket.

The shell and lining are 100% nylon ripstop, which combines resistance to tearing with lightness.

A nylon shell over polyester fill is also the same make-up as, for example, the liner of the M-65 field jacket.

Unlike down, it keeps its loft when wet and stays warm in any weather.

A spunbond layer inside the shell also keeps the fill from shifting or working its way out.

The front edges, hem and armholes are finished with piping for a clean outline.

The collar and patch pockets are left unquilted on purpose, and their flat surfaces give the whole a sharper contrast.

Even the unquilted pockets are filled, so hands slipped inside stay warm to the fingertips.

The front closes with snap buttons stamped with D.C.WHITE.

It works on its own over a shirt or knit, and beneath a jacket or coat it becomes the core of your warmth.

Padding that is never too thick leaves the jacket's line intact. A vest that brings just the right nuance into your layers.
